This position allows them an opportunity to participate in a leadership position as a role model for younger scouts and help make a difference in those scouting  careers.    It is a wonder opportunity for your scout to learn about  "giving back".  As a Den Chief, your scout will serve in a role to assist   Den Leaders plan and execute Cub Scout meetings and activities.   MLD is \n\noffering Den Chief Training to assist with the transition into this \n\nposition Monday November 10th, 7pm at Burnt Hickory Baptist Church.    The  cost is only a great attitude, pen and paper - the reward on the other  hand can be great!
